Catherine advised of a delay with my order and gave me the option to cancel. I didn't mind waiting so she kept me informed and updated regularly. The service was excellent. The item was received within the specified time scale. It was too big but when I emailed the customer service team on how to return it I got a reply almost instantaneously. – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?

There was no dispatch note in the parcel. The customer service team told me how to return it and now I await a refund. – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

For the price, I'm a bit disappointed with the quality of the base T if I'm honest. Just a bog standard Fruit of the Loom thing, not even (I don't think) a 'heavy duty' material, just fairly cheap and thin. – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?
