Pretty shit! Paid for priority shipping. Regular shipping is 8-12 days, 14 days later still nothing. Now I have to sort alternatives as the purchase was presents for others. – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?

Apart from the above that I'm pissed having to spend more money finding new gifts at short notice? Not really.You can't do anything to fix it and all I can do is tell everyone else how shit the experience was. – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

When I first went on the website, I had to zoom out of the page a lot to work it (I had it on default zoom in chrome). I could only see the top corner of the header. Put me off a little which would have been a shame! – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

Simple and easy from start to finish. I was emailed with confirmation, a date when the parcel would be delivered, when it had been dispatched and when it had been delivered. I was so impressed with how quickly the product was delivered.
