Very fast and efficient from start to finish. The 'soft style' t-shirt I bought is a really nice fit and really nice material and feel; the 'heavy cotton' t-shirt meanwhile is rather shapeless and the sleeves stick out like wings. The material is not as nice and the t-shirt is a bit ill-fitting despite it being the closest to being the correct size. A good company which I'd definitely buy from again; I would just avoid the 'heavy cotton' t-shirt next time – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?

The web service was simple and easy to use. I am disappointed with the quality of the T-shirts. One of them faded badly after one wash at 40 degrees. The lettering deteriorated and it looks like I’ve had it for years rather than worn it once. – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

The website is always very slow in switching between pages which gets pretty irksome. A good 10s or so of buffering despite my being on fibre optic broadband. Viz mugs are very high quality and very well packaged - handy for sending as presents, but for the money the T-shirts could be of a higher quality. – How would you describe your experience with us overall (for our review page)?
