Arrived well packaged and in good time. No confirmation email of the purchase was a bit of a worry, but all was well as it arrived. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for not using Evri, that was really appreciated. Im in Australia. You use slow postage, so this survey is somewhat premature. My parcel has been stuck at a UK airport awaiting onward passage for 10 days now. Hi Andy. Thanks for rapid delivery of the retain as a swan mug. Guaranteed to raise a smile very time!. As asked for feedback the top line of text on the mug was rather smudged on both sides. Maybe all like this? Don't recall getting an email re order confirmation or despatch of item but did get one stating left the item in basket! I order a lot of film type T shirts for my husband from ‘last exit to nowhere’. When the more t vicar t shirt arrived I was pleased with the design but I noticed 2 things - The t shirt was really crushed - not a deal breaker & The t shirt was definitely not as good quality as the ones I would usually order from last exit. That was a bit disappointing and I might look there first when ordering another. – Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

Your booking confirmation to me said it would be posted 2nd class Royal Mail and so there was no tracking details. However, you’ve sent it to me Royal Mail Tracked Signature. So, you could have sent me tracking details.
